Hi, I’m goth musician Sindy… and today, I’m announcing my candidacy for President of the United States.

Because after everything I’ve seen… I’ve decided it’s time to throw my ponytails in the ring.

Now, I know what you’re thinking. Another candidate. Another speech. Another list of promises.

But I’m not here to give you more of the same.

I’m here because something feels… off.

We’ve built a world where people go through their entire day without feeling anything real.
Where everything is safe. Filtered. Predictable.

And somewhere along the way… we stopped noticing.

There are millions of people in this country who feel unheard.
Not because no one is speaking… but because nothing is actually saying anything.

There are kids growing up right now… who’ve never experienced a song that understands them.
Who’ve never heard something that makes them stop… and feel seen.

There are even households—entire households—
where not a single Sindy track has ever been played.

That’s not just unfortunate.

That’s a failure.

We’ve normalized background noise.
We’ve accepted blandness.
We’ve let algorithms decide what we feel… and when we feel it.

And I don’t think that’s good enough.

I believe in a country where expression isn’t filtered.
Where standing out isn’t something you apologize for.
Where people are allowed—encouraged—to feel something real again.

Not just comfortable.
