In this short video, Sindy breaks down a simple idea she calls “The Radio Test.” If you hear an incredible song and love everything about it—melody, lyrics, production—does it suddenly lose value just because AI was involved in creating it?
This video explores bias in music creation, the role of technology in modern songwriting, and why good music is still good music—no matter the tools used to make it.
SCRIPT:
Hey… I wanted to take a minute to talk about something I call The Radio Test.
Imagine you’re driving, and you hear the most incredible song you’ve ever heard. The melody sticks. The lyrics hit. The production feels intentional. You replay it all day.
Now imagine finding out later that AI was involved in creating it… and suddenly deciding the song actually sucks.
That reaction? It has nothing to do with the music. It’s about bias toward the process.
If a song moves you, it moves you. It doesn’t lose meaning because of the tools used to make it.
Good music is still good music.
