There is something about an empty stadium at night that just feels… right. Usually, my nights are spent under stage lights or tucked away in the studio crafting my next track, but I decided it was time to trade the microphone for a soccer ball. I’m not exactly a pro on the pitch, but I’ve always loved the intensity of the game—the adrenaline, the sweat, and the way the rain feels when it’s coming down so hard you can barely see the goalposts.
I headed out to the field under the floodlights for a little late-night session, and let’s just say, things got messy in the best way possible.
Mud, Sweat, and Rain
There’s no “glamour” when you’re actually out there in the elements. By the time we were halfway through the shoot, my pigtails were soaked, my makeup was running, and I was covered in a mix of stadium mud and rainwater.
But honestly? I’ve never felt more alive.
There’s a certain power in getting all hot and sweaty while the world is cold and dark around you. I kept thinking about all of you while the camera was clicking—knowing that these shots were going to end up on your screens made every drop of rain worth it. I love that I can share these raw, drenched moments with you.
Which One is Your Favorite?
I had a blast teasing the lens between drills, and I’m obsessed with how the lighting caught the water on my skin. It feels gritty, dark, and perfectly Sindy.
Now, I want to hear from you:
I’m dying to know which shot from this series is hitting home for you. Is it the close-ups in the downpour, or the full-length shots where you can see just how much mud I actually managed to kick up?
I just love hearing how much you enjoy watching me get all hot and sweaty for a change—it makes the “work” feel like a total dream.
Drop a comment below and tell me which image is your absolute favorite! Don’t forget to share this post with your fellow dark souls.
Stay dark,
Sindy 🖤
